ERPLAB Toolbox is a free, open-source Matlab package for analyzing ERP data. It is tightly integrated with EEGLAB Toolbox, extending EEGLAB’s capabilities to provide robust, industrial-strength tools for ERP processing, visualization, and analysis. A graphical user interface makes it easy for beginners to learn, and Matlab scripting provides enormous power for intermediate and advanced users.
In my experiment, participants complete three different conditions, each in a different session/day, so I end up with three EEG files.
I preprocessed them separately so I have three different ERPsets and hoped to append them but realised that the bin numbers for all three EEG files are the same. Is there any way to change the bin numbers through the Bin Operation option? I actually tried to start over again, and have EEG file number have different bin numbers, but it seems that they all need to start with number 1? Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
