ERPLAB Toolbox is a free, open-source Matlab package for analyzing ERP data. It is tightly integrated with EEGLAB Toolbox, extending EEGLAB’s capabilities to provide robust, industrial-strength tools for ERP processing, visualization, and analysis. A graphical user interface makes it easy for beginners to learn, and Matlab scripting provides enormous power for intermediate and advanced users.

Use Example Pipeline from Luck (2022) for Time-frequency Analysis #178

Dear all,

Luck (2022) offers a very detailed example pipeline, and our lab has been using this pipeline for preprocessing and it yields good ERP waveforms. Thank you so much for writing this useful book!

Now we also hope to adopt this pipeline for time-frequency analysis with some changes in baseline and bandpass filters. Could you please advise us on whether this pipeline is also ideal for time-frequency analysis in terms of artifact correction and rejection?

Thank you so much for your help!

Best regards, Samuel

Hi Samuel. We don’t do a lot of time-frequency analysis, but I believe our pipeline would be good for that as long as you increase the epoch length appropriately and modify the filters.
