Add to PATH #191

Ver. 11.0 adds only the root ERPLAB folder to Matlab PATH upon EEGLAB startup, making all its functions unavailable (even through GUI). It should add at least "functions" and "pop_functions", like before.

Thanks for letting us know that you’ve encountered this problem.

We’ve uploaded a new release (v11.01) that might solve this problem for you. You can find it here: https://github.com/ucdavis/erplab/releases
