Segmentor saves PPM in POET format #329

Do we want to allow creating from paste with different formats? (We save in PTOE format, the correct one) I'd say no for now, but something to keep in mind.

Perhaps accept it in POET and automatically reformat to PTOE? And for the other direction, perhaps add an option to inject it in POET format? Would probably also need an option to copy to clipboard as POET.

Ingest this in the paste page, but have a confirmation before we switch it to PTOE format. On the details page: Detect POET format, switch to PTOE and add a warning. Perhaps have a copyable string on the details page.
