Scheduling View: Add support for dragging events on the calendar #1210

As a user I want to be able to drag events on the scheduling view instead of using the time/date UI on the left.

Best: dragging an event moves all related activities in the pattern, e.g. a MWF pattern having its Monday event dragged down two hours shows the W and F events dragging in real-time before I left go of the mouse button.

Acceptable: dragging an event only moves that event and any related activities in the pattern "snap" to their proper place after I finish dragging
