Add person drop-down should include some additional information, e.g. e-mail, title (to select correct person when similar names exist), and the selection of an item should simply add the person. (Which role do they get? Where do people without roles show up?)
This table has too many columns. We could break it up into multiple tables or multiple pivots/tabs so you can see a list of all faculty, a list of all graduate students, etc.
We could also include a "By People" pivot to quickly audit the specific roles a single individual has.
