Remove most of the columns on the results list(s)

Because we no longer need to import the results lists into Millennium, we can remove most of the columns that are returned.

I think the following columns would be sufficient:

• User ID (eg. Student ID, Employee ID, etc.)
• Full Name
• First Name
• Last Name
• LoginID
• Email Address
• Program (eg. Undergraduate, Graduate, etc.)
