Make a note of this requirement on the Sitefarm_seed as this is the parent dependency of Sitefarm_seed and is required to build Sitefarm_seed.

The sitefarm-distro-template is not really REQUIRED to build sitefarm_seed, it's just a template to help get people started with building their own distro.
