Processing/Loading modal when saving/submitting #91

When saving or submitting a submission, we currently just disable the submit buttons but no processing indicator is shown, and it can take a while.

I'd like a nice popup (maybe modal bootstrap) which shows a processing message and maybe a taco related gif like https://i.giphy.com/media/3o7TKCTt7cNHg10utO/giphy.gif
