Course history to address the new way that approvals and denials are being handled:
On the Course details page, there is a section called “History of this request”. With denied exceptions being reverted to default, it seems that the history of the exception request is no longer being recorded. It would be nice if we could have TACOS generate entries in this history showing the exception reason, the date it was denied, and the denial reason, before then reverting the request to default on the request page.
