Create view to handle events #108

Create a backbone view to manage preferences.

This view should manage two collections

Template should include:

collection of profession/degree views
- each view should have:
- radio button to select view
- profession/degree name
collection of specialty views
- each view should have:
- checkbox to select view
- specialty name

Upon any change that is detected, a save function should happen to save the new information.
