Add Chadian Arabic and clean up #184

Added Chadian Arabic language option
Removed unused fields in data layer
Cleaned up log statements

TEST by running locally and try out the Chadian arabic option. Some of the words have the same French translation as I am still waiting for the arabic translation. Make sure nothing breaks.

Closes #173. Closes #148.

Note: I removed all logs that are not used as a try/catch or error log statement. If you still need a log that I deleted, lmk and I'll add it back.
