Support oEmbed to embed into course content pages #1093

Thinking there may be some anonymous widgets that we'd like to be able to create in materia.

Flow:

User clicks embed materia from editor. (LTI editor launch)
Materia warns that scores will not pass back to a grade book column when using embed
User uses picker to select or creates a new widget
User clicks EMBED when done
Iframe code is embedded in course

Limitations:

wont sync scores via lti
can't resize the iframe in the content
won't pass authentication for student (shib or guest widgets may be best)
won't automatically create a bucket for each semester/course
