Allow users to skip the fake progress bar when embedding. #1565

Anyone who knows how the sauce is made knows that the progress bar when embedding widgets via LTI is mostly a lie.

See if it's possible to allow users to skip it by holding down a modifier key when clicking the Embed button, or enable some profile setting that can be checked.
