Mark issues as reviewed when a user replaces a file in 'Review Files' #941

Might be overdoing it, but I feel it would be useful to have the issue marked as reviewed after the user uploads a file and closes the modal. Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 6 36 39 PM

The way it currently works, the user closes the modal and still sees the old file listed as a potential error to fix, until they rescan the course.

Thoughts or ideas to rework this (if need be) are welcome.
