Vimeo's VideoAPI provides a duration field that determines the length of the video in seconds
In order for Vimeo videos to be sent to Rev via APC for captioning, the video_length_seconds parameter is required by Rev
To easily add a seconds field to the ReportEntry model, we can pull from the VAST report which already contains Hours, Minutes, and Seconds fields
