Update UCF Open Slack link and badge #544

Our README has a "badge" and a link to the UCF Open Slack. It currently points at a Heroku app that would send people invites, but that service has been terminated due to Heroku's upcoming changes, leaving the badge image and the link itself broken.

We have a new invite URL: https://dl.ucf.edu/join-ucfopen

Out with the old, in with the new.
