Add Bearing Correction for Velocity Model Plotting #4

Applies the correction computed in https://github.com/ucgmsim/qcore/pull/330 to plot velocity models from vm_params.yaml files correctly.

N.B. Tests will fail until https://github.com/ucgmsim/qcore/pull/330 is merged.

Forgot that the tests here failed. Fixed them now.
