Oddities with NCBI #53

I've working on question 17 and have been receiving access error messages:

The requested page has restricted access

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/ You have requested a page which is not open to the public. Your request did not meet the criteria required to grant access to this page.

If you believe that you are being denied access to the page in error, send an e-mail problem report to info@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.

I started receiving this with Mozilla, switched to Chrome, was able to do 3 more queries, and started getting it there as well. Is anyone else getting similar messages?

Killing chrome and restarting it seems to restore access.
