Connect Heat Map Graphs to Data Base Demographic Tables

Add demographic data to geojson files used to determine the shades in the heatmap graphs.

• [ ] Create sql queries to extract data
• [ ] Calculate avg. commute time from Census variables
• [ ] Add formatted metrics to the three city geojson files

This issue can be approved if the maps show up with real metrics
