Create functions to calculate the following from the route_rangers_api_surveyanswer table:
- [ ] total number of responses - count of unique user_ids
- [ ] % of people who ride transit regularly
- [ ] average satisfaction score for transit riders

For now they will be django routes with caching - may migrate to storing in a new db table down the road
