It's a very interesting paper, I was think about another issue about how do we think about the value of forecast. This notation of now casting before election is like the stock price vaulation, although it's only to zero or one, and we might have some probablity that it's going to be A win or B win, and we could use this information to bid and do any polictal application. Pricing it would be a very interesting idea.
