The concern regarding the social learning process seems valid throughout the result. When comparing the case under seeding, I wonder if the strong connection within household would actually overcome the concern about negative signaling, and they can generate information about who is informed by themselves. In other words, they used the channel they have to avoid asking questions and learn the information within their household.
