I have a few questions on your pre- and post-survey metric. Is the ideological consistency scale you used to test political views the standard accepted practice in political science? Is there a more rigorous method you could employ that is longer than 10 questions and has more than one question on each topic? Did you see a greater change in “polarization” in any one topic (i.e. did conservatives tend to become more conservative on specific views)?
Also, I want to echo other students' thanks for the detailed appendix!
Thanks for presenting!
