is it possible to combine topographic distribution and time course alpha-band information to effectively recreate the distribution of covert spatial attention over a scene? Or is there too much stochasticity in either of these data sources to reliably pinpoint location and time given activity?

I think this could be done. it would take a lot of data, but that's possible.
