Monica,

Through my smartphone detox challenge FirstWeekFlipPhone.com, I help people take the time to set new intentions about how they wish to direct their most valuable asset - their attention - in response to a feeling that their attention has been hijacked by ad-funded smartphone apps.

I wonder whether your research has produced any concrete recommendations for how young people might take steps to regain more autonomy over directing their attention?
