Thank you Kaitlin, Ken and Hamid, this is interesting work which I hope will help teachers everywhere. My question is how you can use and generalise the ramifications of your research for beyond Pinterest (i've never used the website, personally).

So far you've used pins and how they're shared, which included tips and class notes... but I'm curious how you would clean, organise and begin to analyse other kinds of social media. I imagine Facebook would not be useful because it may not have many educational resources being shared, but maybe Twitter might?

How would you get rid of non educational based tweets or shares, and considering the multi-faceted nature of social media (especially in different ones), what do you imagine are the dynamics of sharing for educators in different social media contexts?
