Very interesting study! I understand that the study mostly focuses on school teachers. So how can we extend the study to understand the dynamics of collaboration between teachers who teach at a higher level (say at a university)? Most of the resources I use are textbooks, websites like MIT MOOC and coursera, and research papers which are vastly different from the materials that one might consider for lower level classes and I also believe that the teaching style is significantly different for advanced topics.
