Purpose

Fix the issue with board_base.html failing to load because of an unrecognized static tag

Closing Comment

After fixing the missing static tag in the template, the page is now accessible as expected. Thank you to @joshuamonroe for finding this issue and both he and @majorsylvie for reviewing.
