[x] Add docstrings
[x] ceden.py line 12: I think you mean cali_stations = cali_stations.merge(measurements, on="station_id", how="inner")? merge currently is not defined
[x] ceden.py line 53: iter_rows should be iter_stations

Thanks Trevor, I made changes to address those problems and added the function to populate the field results too.
