adding name and email to README file #63

Since the README.md file had the title "2023-fall-clinic-climate-cabinet" I changed it to "2024-fall-clinic-climate-cabinet", deleted the names of the contributors (Aicha, April, and Nico) and just left mine as I assume we will be merging the commits of my other project mates to make a new README
