Deployment

What needs to happen to deploy?
Infrastructure? (Web hosting, etc)
What do we want to display on public dashboard for info? (barns? counts? sales?)
Do we want to exclude states with very poor barn/model performance? (ie Nebraska)
How often do we want to update with FSIS data?
Aesthetic updates?

Modeling/Filtering

Should we go ahead with excluding the top 10 cities (by population) in each state?
