We've converted an email!

A fair number of changes here, should be pulled in so that we all have the same base for testing. The outline

Bugs in the pattern matching code for file renaming we're fixed
Config was updated to deal with extensions. Users can include an optional "%target_extension" case in the config file.
I set up the test repo, but I'm waiting on access to the private remote for this.
