Skeleton Interface and CRLF fix #59

Thought I would create a pull request for these two features.

  1. I created a small interface for creating emails from a simple skeleton, and getting the skeleton of for displaying/logging.
  2. I wrote a very simple fix to deal with CRLFs that we're causing parse errors for Mr.Mime.
