80 ifeq error in make home install target

Fixes #80

Created makefile to automate the installation process based on the website instructions:

• uses shell scripts to determine OS where the installation is occurring
• automatically installs opam, mercurial, and OS-level dependencies
• automatically installs build dependencies in an opam switch
• builds the project
• installs binaries in the user's home directory

Designed to work on MacOS, WSL Debian, and Arch Linux.
