Removing /e/collections/sci/ redirect #60

In order to remove the /e/collections/sci/ redirect, several sections need to be migrated to Wagtail.

Once these have been migrated, we can alert the sys admins to this redirect change.

Update: EL wants to explore migrating these as structured data, such as via Zotero. Their API may allow us to display the data within a Wagtail template. This may disconnect this issue from its dependency to #59.

Per a meeting with Diane and Andrea, we are going to review a process to determine what bibs should be migrated and create a plan to migrate those bibs into Zotero. Some bibliographies will get a collection page in Wagtail that will point to the Zotero list. Other will be archived in the IR.

Our first example of the outcome from one option of this process can be seen with Andrea's Malaria Bibliography.
