Expand all and contract all features present, as well as single toggle features

Command/CTRL F allows a user to search for a alias or email value when the page is expanded
Some unit tests present and working
In general, the mail aliases page needs to be tested on Nest in order to connect to Keith's data, BUT to test FileNotFoundError, run the website locally in dev mode
