Fixes #731 .

Updated the logo image file, and added an SVG version, plus adapted the padding for the new image size.

Edit: More changes:

• Changes the colors of several elements to adapt to the new brand guidelines;
• Abandons the color code for each Library building;
• improves alignment of elements on pages;
• increases consistency in headings sizes;
