Make sure Map/guide links are present on all holdings #16

The second copy lacks a map link. This is a weird copy, as it lacks any items, but it seems to have enough info to generate a map link.

The second map link isn't generated because the holding is missing a barcode. Without a barcode the link cannot be generated. I think this is a data problem. I believe the second holding record should be marked as staff only. Kicking this to DB for analysis.
