Add "Graduate Career Development Resources Collection" to services table #47

There is a location in OLE with the code UC/JRL/CDEV. It currently has no services available in VuFind. It should have the same services at a regular ciruclating Regenstein stacks item.

See this record, c. 2 for an example item at this location.

I added the new location code to the configuration for the can't find it and scan and deliver links. You can see it on dldc1.
