Crash on 3G network loss #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start tracking to CustomWebServer, when no 3G coverage, it freezes and then 
asks to "force shutdown"

What is the expected output? 
It should buffer  up the unsent data and resend when network returns.

What do you see instead?
freezes and then crashes straight away.

Which Android device are you using?
HTC Desire on 2.3 and Motorola Defy 2.2

What version of Android are you running?
2.3 & 2.2

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?
1.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Logging to private web server - works perfectly well until entering no 3G / 
Network area, then crashes.

Can we just get it to restart itself after a crash / hang? I can't get this 
project to run in eclipse from source... too many errors. Any ideas?
