Minimum time between broadcasts #373

Within the 'Location broadcasting settings' within the app settings it is 
possible to state the 'Minimum time between broadcasts' in minutes.

It would be great if the frequency could be enhanced to seconds.

This would be really useful because when you export a track after you have been 
running (so covering a large distance in one minute) the path showing is jagged 
and (obviously depending on where you run) shows me running through homes/shops 
etc. when the points are joined up.

Changing the frequency to allow seconds would allow tracks to follow the actual 
path run more closely.
