Readme.md Needs Updating #55

The readme.md is a little bit dated now we've switched over to the C# branch properly.

It should highlight what the project is, what's it built with, who built, maybe some features/commands, link to website.

Done a lot with f0b8af812cf620e19d2de566a7a96b6a51f1d8b4 though just needs finishing off
