As entering in the beta version, the following message appears:
"By using the UCI Machine Learning Repository, you acknowledge and accept the cookies and privacy practices used by the UCI Machine Learning Repository"
The only given option is "Accept".
I would suggest to also offer the user the possibility of rejecting Cookies, even if it is detrimental to his/her repository usability.
I think the only thing we currently use cookies for is keeping track of auth sessions. We'll consider how the site should work when cookies are disabled and implement something accordingly.
