Download link is broken #50

Describe the bug The links for Download the Sentiment Labelled Sentences datasets from the UCI Machine Learning Repository are broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ml-dotnet/get-started-tutorial/data'

  2. Click on UCI Machine Learning repository > 'https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Sentiment+Labelled+Sentences' image

  3. Step 2 link opens a new tab

  4. Click on 'Download'

Expected behavior The dataset should get downloaded.
