Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. SSL "certificate verify failed: self signed certificate in certificate chain" error when using fetch_ucirepo

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run: from ucimlrepo import fetch_ucirepo

fetch dataset

mushroom = fetch_ucirepo(id=73)

4. See error

Expected behavior Expected the dataset to load
