Summary
Refactor general provider functionality to base class for resuse with other ROS topics.
Remove altitude logging/subscriptions because it's no longer used.
Test Plan
Run on the drone to see if logging and altitude-based camera controls still work.
Currently can't test because MAVROS is erroring out on something.
Same error encountered running on
main
.
