[Bug]: Remove all unecesary files like posterior calculations

Bug Title

Remove current heavy files like posterior sampling files or .npc

Describe the Bug

I changed this to be able to include AND upload these files. Re-trace my steps and also add .npc, .nc, and .npz files to make it lighter for PyPi

now, whenever there is a new data or posterior file, it is synced with the repository
