How to interpret the Positional Variance Diagram #35

Hi, Thanks for your great work!

I am working on your SuStaInWorkshop notebook tutorial. It plots positional variance diagrams to interpret the subtype progressions.

However, I am a little confused about how to read these diagrams.

  1. What's different colors means?
  2. What's the learned progression order for each subtype?
  3. Why in demo subtype-1, Biomarker 3 becomes severe quickly and in demo subtype-2, Biomarker 3 becomes abnormal far later?

Grateful for your help again.
