Replicate FSP Scenario 1

• Make a predictions.csv file that replicates the constellations that were input into the original FSP/Aleph Insights Scenario 1
• Calculate the number of decayed objects on a monthly basis for the FSP paper
• Mandatory sanity checks:
  • altitude_end_begin() -> should display a reverse r shape
  • altitude time series of all satellites under 2000km. Colour by operational status. If no station keeping -> should decay within less than 5 years
